Our Vision and Mission

The Nagoya University Museum was established in April 2000 as the fifth university museum in Japan.
Our purpose is to provide a comprehensive and international range of scholarly specimens and materials from Nagoya University's collections, as well as to provide feedback, resources, and social contributions from the university's research.
The museum's six main missions are as follows:
